Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sarit Fashions, we take pride in delivering premium, custom-crafted athleisure wear. Because every piece is custom-made on-demand for you, we operate under clear guidelines to maintain high quality and transparency.

Section 1: Return Policy

We accept returns, issue refunds, or offer replacements exclusively for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing or printing error.

To process a successful return:

  • 30-Day Window: Any issues must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Photographic Proof: Clear, visual evidence of the damage or defect is required.

  • Resolution Options: If your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement. Physical items do not need to be returned to our facility.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing choices.

Section 2: Exchanges

Because each product is produced individually on-demand when you order, we do not maintain a standard inventory for size swaps.

Before completing your purchase, please keep the following in mind:

  • Sizing Guidelines: We highly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Damaged Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or contains an incorrect graphic, we will gladly process a replacement for the correct size or specification.

  • Final Sale Items: Apparel products that have been customized for fit or incorrectly selected cannot be exchanged.
